Для начала разберем несколько фактов того, на что в основном тратятся драгоценные 24 часа в сутках, данные современному человеку:
8-12 часов уходят на полный рабочий день. Из них активная деятельность занимает лишь 4-6 часов. Остальное время уходит на борьбу с ленью, чаепития, перекуры и попытки понять, что от нас требует начальник;
от 30 минут до 2-х часов жители мегаполисов тратят на дорогу до работы и обратно;
1 час уходит на обеденный перерыв. Хотя в реальности почти 40 минут тратится на очереди, дорогу, перекуры и т.п. Сам же прием пищи занимает 15-20 минут;
4-5 часов современная женщина тратит на домашнее хозяйство. У некоторых к этому времени добавляется забота о ребенке и т.п.;
4-7 часов уходят на сон.
