Цель: Каждый человек участвует в социальной жизни общества. Любой акт коммуникации способствует достижению той или иной цели, наладив контакт с собеседником: получить нужную информацию, побудить собеседника к действию, удовлетворить психическую потребность в общении и т.д. Невербальная коммуникация, происходящая без слов составляет больший процент общения.
Для достижения поставленной цели необходимо рассмотреть ряд задач:
1.Определить сущность понятия невербальной коммуникации и выделить средства невербальной коммуникации;
2.Рассмотреть основные элементы, входящие в структуру невербальной коммуникации;
3.Определить основные функции невербальной коммуникации;
4.Обозначить роль невербальной коммуникации в процессе речевого общения;
Актуальность: невербальная коммуникация и ее роль в общении заключается, во-первых, в том, что невербальная коммуникация позволяет нам полноценно определить психологический портрет личности на основе правильной интерпретации таких элементов невербального общения как жесты, мимика, интонация, тембр голоса, поза, походка, то есть понимания языка тела нашего собеседника. Эта особенность представляется нам существенной не только в практиках повседневного взаимодействия людей, но и в отношении построения взаимодействия в рабочих условиях. Данная возможность обеспечивает быстрое реагирование в случае нарастания неопределенности, конфликтной ситуации и в дальнейшем позволяет вести успешное взаимодействие с людьми.
Психологи считают, что невербальная коммуникация является важнейшим условием эффективного общения. Это объясняется тем, что:
около 70% информации человек воспринимает именно по зрительному (визуальному) каналу;невербальная коммуникация, сигналы при ней, позволяют понять истинные чувства и мысли собеседника;
наше отношение к собеседнику нередко формируется под влиянием первого впечатления, а оно, в свою очередь, является результатом воздействия невербальных факторов — походки, выражения лица, взгляда, манеры держаться, стиля одежды и т. д.Особенно ценны сигналы невербальной коммуникации потому, что они спонтанны, бессознательны и, в отличие от слов, всегда искренни.
