Мне бы не хотелось доводить наши с Вами деловые отношения до мер, указанных в пункте № 5, то есть судебных разбирательств. Однако при невыполнении срочной оплаты я буду вынуждена это сделать.
Надеюсь также на понимание, что оплата с Вашей стороны, учитывая все судебные неустойки может возрасти в разы. Также авторитет ITFF (CNR), как делового партнера будет подорван.
