Несомненно, эта задача многократно усложняется при создании общего таможенного тарифа различных стран в связи с необходимостью учета комплекса экономических интересов на межгосударственном уровне. Отсутствие общего таможенного тарифа тормозило снятие внутренних таможенных границ и перенос таможенного контроля на внешний периметр Таможенного союза.
Интеграционные процессы и структурные реформы в странах ЕврАзЭС – неразрывно связанные между собой процессы. Поэтому торговые связи между странами-членами ЕврАзЭС представляют собой важный инструмент стабилизации экономической ситуации и выхода из экономического кризиса. Для решения ряда существующих проблем необходимо проведение ряда мероприятий, направленных на системную унификацию национального законодательства стран-членов ТС.
В заключении хочется отметить, что правильное поэтапное правовое обеспечение функционирования Таможенного союза позволит ему претендовать на достойное место в мировой экономической системе. Таможенный союз влечет за собой создание единого экономического пространства, а, следовательно, еще большее процветание Казахстана.
