Контракт может быть изменен или рас

Контракт может быть изменен или расторгнут по соглашению Сторон. Если к моменту изменения или расторжения Контракта только одна из Сторон исполнила свои обязательства, то другая Сторона должна вернуть все полученное по Контракту по требованию Стороны, исполнившей Контракт.
