СЕЙЧАС, как и в начале прошлого века, в России остро встает проблема сирот и беспризорников. Проблема этих детей оказывается в компетенции многих ведомств — и Министерства труда, и Минобразования, и, к сожалению, МВД. Много внимания этому уделяют и на правительственном уровне. За прошедшее десятилетие принято более сотни законов и нормативных актов, регулирующих вопросы защиты прав детей.

Однако сегодня эти дети остро нуждаются в конкретной помощи: деньгами, подарками, культурными акциями. Бюджетных средств для этого не хватает. Помочь исправить положение могли бы адресные благотворительные программы, осуществляемые российскими бизнесменами при поддержке государства.

Примером подобного внимательного отношения к нуждам сирот является акция, проведенная недавно компанией «Русский алюминий». Для детей московских специальных школ-интернатов № 110 и № 53 и для детского дома № 48 были закуплены необходимые вещи: кровати, одежда, музыкальные инструменты, а также компьютеры и оборудование. Одной, даже очень крупной компании не под силу выделить необходимые беспризорникам и сиротам 3 млрд. руб., нет их и у государства. Но если каждый бизнесмен сотворит доброе дело хотя бы для нескольких сотен детей одного детдома, их и наше будущее будет чуть светлее.
