Участие физических и юридических лиц в правозащитной деятельности государства осуществляется тремя способами: 1) подачей в компетентный орган жалобы (заявления) о нарушениях прав и свобод; 2) привлечением в качестве потерпевшего, свидетеля, понятого, эксперта, представителя потерпевшего или обвиняемого, истца; 3) исполнением обязанности присяжного заседателя, члена административной комиссии при органах местного самоуправления, иных органах, осуществляющих правозащитную деятельность.

The participation of natural and legal persons in the human rights activities of the State is carried out in three ways: 1) filing a complaint with the competent authority (statements) about violations of human rights and freedoms; 2) involvement as a victim, witness, witness, expert, representative of a victim, plaintiff or defendant; 3) execution of the duties of a juror, a member of the Administrative Commission with local self-government bodies, other bodies engaged in human rights activities.
