Рост строительства в Казахстане по итогам первого полугодия 2015 года составил 4,2% против 3% за весь период 2014 год. Соответственно, наблюдается активный рост строительных работ по стране. По итогам трех кварталов 2015 года объем строительства составил 1 713,7 млрд тенге с ростом в 4,3% в годовом исчислении. Для сравнения, за аналогичный период прошлого года рост объема строительных работ составил лишь 2,5%. Основную долю в данной индустрии занимают работы по возведению зданий (32,3%), строительные работы по сооружению дорог и автомагистралей (19,5%). Причем доля вышеперечисленных работ возросла на 3-4% по сравнению с прошлым годом (см. рисунок 1).

Construction growth in Kazakhstan in the first half of the year 2015 year amounted to 4.2% vs. 3% for the whole period of the year 2014. Accordingly, there has been strong growth in construction work in the country. According to the results of three quarters of the year 2015 construction amounted 1713.7 billion tenge with increase in 4.3% YOY. For comparison, during the same period last year, growth in construction was only 2.5%. The bulk of the industry hold works on erection of buildings (32.3%), construction work on the construction of roads and motorways (19.5%). With the above works has increased by 3-4% compared to last year (see Figure 1).

Moreover, the proportion of the above works has increased by 3-4% compared to the previous year (see. Figure 1).
