Мы с благодарностью потдверждаем Ваше письмо от 21 мая 2015 года, к которому был приложен заказ на модели 23,56, и 98. Мы поставим Вам товары в указанные сроки, но мы вынуждены сообщить Вам, что модели 56 нет на складе, так как ввиду большого наплыва заказов, все запасы были распроданы.
В качестве замены мы можем предложить Вам модель 56А, которая имеет практически те же характеристики, что и заказанная Вами. Единственное отличие - это разница в дизайне. Думаем, что Вы оцените эту модель, и она Вас полностью устроит. Если же по каким-либо соображениям Вы откажетесь от нее, то просим Вас вернуть ее за наш счет по нашему адресу.
Просим ответить нам в кратчайшие сроки.
