Спасибо за ваш отзыв! Нашей главной задачей было и остается обеспечить гостей всем необходимым и предоставить максимальный уют и комфорт! Мы обязательно примем во внимание ваши замечания, но я хочу уточнить что уборка ежедневная, на период вашего прибытия жили группа гостей на длительное время, следовательно пользовались душем и кухней весь день(запах). Вы как опытный путешественник это понимаете. На данный момент такие группы не проживают. Насчет администратора мы прислушались к вашему совету и взяли нового сотрудника. Он говорит по английски:) Что касается зоны для гостей в каждой комнате выделено отдельное место со столом и стульями где вы можете отдохнуть. Еще раз спасибо. Стараемся быть лучше с каждым отзывом!
