ради интереса в самом начале работы над проектом я профилировал использование памяти как клиентской части так и серверной, у вас огромные проблемы с использованием и хранением строк, на их фоне все остальное даже не видно и занимает меньше 1%. Скорость работы я тоже профилировал, основная проблема это запросы к базе, это так же 99% времени работы, т.е. все алгоритмы в рамках погрешности
