А согласно статье 70 Конституции РК

А согласно статье 70 Конституции РК, Правительство должно сложить свои полномочия перед вновь избранным Президентом Республики Казахстан. Согласно нормам Конституции, после консультаций с фракциями политических партий, представленных в Мажилисе Парламента, Президент внесет на рассмотрение Мажилиса для дачи согласия кандидатуру Премьер-Министра.

В случае одобрения кандидатуры Премьер-министра Мажилисом, Президент назначит его на должность. Назначенный Премьер-Министр в десятидневный срок после назначения должен внести предложения о структуре и составе Правительства Президенту.

According to article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government must resign his powers to the newly elected President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the Constitution, after consultation with the political parties represented in the Chamber of Parliament, the President will introduce the Majilis to consent the candidacy of the Prime Minister.In case of approval of the nomination of the Prime Minister, the President of the Majilis will make the appointment. The Prime Minister designate within ten days after his appointment should make proposals about the structure and composition of the Government to the President.

In the event approval of the candidacy prime minister renewed every three years, the President will appoint him to the post.Prime Minister Designate, in the fortieth day after the appointment should make proposals on the structure and the composition of the Government to the President.
