Первые попытки Россией уже сделаны: почти при каждом вузе страны существует бизнес-инкубатор, который должен способствовать коммерциализации научно-технических разработок.Однако эффективности их работы остается желать лучшего.
Одним из уникальных явлений в инновационной сфере являются израильские технологические теплицы, аналогов которым по эффективности почти нет в мире.Изучение опыта наших западных коллег поможет в становлении российской инновационной системы.
