Задачи дисциплины «Анализ и диагностика экономической деятельности компании»:
• определить принципы и методы организации проведения экономического анализа деятельности компании;
• изучить методы оценки эффективности использования ресурсного потенциала компании;
• познакомить с методикой проведения комплексного экономического анализа деятельности предприятия;
• дать целостное понимание финансового анализа, роли финансового анализа в управлении компанией;
• обучить основным методам проведения финансового анализа и научить интерпретировать результаты финансового анализа;
• дать представление о возможности использования той или иной группы показателей для решения конкретной управленческой задачи.
