Отгрузка Партии Товара (в соответствии со Спецификацией) по настоящему Контракту должна быть произведена в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты 100% оплаты Партии Товара. 5.3. В случае не поставки товара Продавец обязан возвратить аванс в течении 30 дней.
