Формирование и пересмотр списка лекарственных средств, предназначенных для лечения редких (орфанных) заболеваний (далее - список орфанных препаратов) осуществляется Департаментом организации медицинской помощи Министерства (далее - ДОМП) совместно с ККМФД с учетом наличия заболевания в перечне орфанных медицинских технологий/Регистре орфанных заболеваний, в республиканских протоколах диагностики и лечения и (или) международных клинических руководствах, а также клинической эффективности лекарственного препарата при соответствующем заболевании в Британском национальном формуляре.

Formation and revision of the list of medicines intended for the treatment of rare (orphan) diseases (hereinafter list of orphan drugs) is administered by the Department of medical assistance Ministry (hereinafter referred to as DPKO) together with KKMFD given the existence of the disease in the list of orphan medical technologies/Register orphan diseases, Republican diagnostic and treatment protocols and (or) International clinical guidelines, as well as the clinical efficacy of the drug product with the appropriate disease in British national form.

Formation and revision of the list of drugs for the treatment of rare (orphan) diseases (hereinafter - the list of orphan drugs) is carried out by the Department of medical aid organization of the Ministry (hereinafter - DPKO) in conjunction with KKMFD taking into account the presence of the disease in the list of orphan medical technology / Register orphan diseases, in national diagnostic and treatment protocols and (or) international clinical guidelines and clinical efficacy of the drug in the respective disease at the British National Formulary.
