меня зовут Дана Аманкелдиева. я студент второго курса специальности "два иностранных языка". в этом семестре один из самых интересных и познавательных уроков было - самопознание. в школе тоже был такой предмет, но мы изучали его не так углубленно, как в университете. здесь же я узнала много нового о себе и о людях в общем. так же о том, как определять личности и характеристики; какой подход нужен для определённого типа личности; как предотвратить расстройство личности; как управлять эмоциями и предотвращать конфликты.
так же нами были пройдены персональные тесты, с помощью которых я поняла себя лучше. после прохождения теста"персональный индикатор", как я и подозревала, я оказалась интровертом. как я считаю, не лучший из характеристик, так как, интроверты очень замкнуты и необщительны. я часто остаюсь одна, стараюсь избегать больших компаний, и к сожалению, быстро устаю от людей. скорее всего, это сказывается на моем темпераменте. как показал "тест Эйзенка", я - флегматик. само по себе подходящая характеристика для интроверта. замкнутый человек, которому немного все равно.
