В этих целях Правительством Республики Беларусь, Правительством Республики Казахстан и Правительством Российской Федерации был заключен Договор об объединенной коллегии таможенных служб
государств – членов Таможенного союза . Согласно данному Договору в целях координации взаимодействия таможенных служб государств-членов Таможенного союза, обеспечения реализации целей и задач Таможенного союза, унификации применения таможенного законодательства и таможенного регулирования по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию таможенных органов государств-членов ТС, Стороны учреждают Объединенную коллегию таможенных служб государств-членов Таможенного союза.
Основными задачами Объединенной коллегии являются:
 координация деятельности таможенных служб государств Сторон в рамках Таможенного союза;
 участие в формировании единой правовой базы Таможенного союза по вопросам таможенного дела в части, касающейся компетенции таможенных служб государств Сторон;
 обеспечение единообразного применения таможенного законодательства Таможенного союза в пределах своей компетенции;
 обеспечение унифицированного порядка организации таможенного оформления и таможенного контроля товаров и транспортных средств на единой таможенной территории Таможенного союза;
 содействие реализации таможенной политики на единой таможенной территории Таможенного союза .

To this end, the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on the Joint Panel of customs servicesMember States of the Customs Union. countries - members of the Customs Union. Under this Agreement in order to coordinate the cooperation between the customs services of the Member States of the Customs Union, to ensure the goals and objectives of the Customs Union, the unification of the application of customs legislation and customs regulations on matters within the competence of the customs authorities of the Member States TC Parties shall establish a Joint Board of the customs services of -members of the Customs Union.
The main tasks of the Joint Board are:

 participation in the formation of a unified legal framework of the Customs Union on customs matters in respect of the competence of the customs services of the Parties;

 facilitate the implementation of the customs policy at a single customs territory of the Customs Union.
