Причинами международных конфликтов

Причинами международных конфликтов ученые называют:

» конкуренцию государств;
» несовпадение национальных интересов;
» территориальные притязания;
» социальную несправедливость в глобальном масштабе;
» неравномерное распределение в мире природных ресурсов;
» негативное восприятие сторонами друг друга;
» личную несовместимость руководителей и пр.

Для характеристики международных конфликтов используется различная терминология: «враждебность» , «борьба» , «кризис» , «вооруженное противостояние» и пр. Общепринятого определения международного конфликта пока не существует из-за многообразия его признаков и свойств политического, экономического, социального, идеологического, дипломатического, военного и международно-правового характера.

Одно из признанных в западной политической науке определений международного конфликта дано К. Райтом в середине 60-х годов: «Конфликт есть определенное отношение между государствами, которое может существовать на всех уровнях, в самых различных степенях. В широком смысле конфликт может быть подразделен на четыре стадии:

1. осознание несовместимости;
2. возрастающая напряженность;
3. давление без применения военной силы для разрешения несовместимости;
4. военная интервенция или война для навязывания решения.
