Проект предусматривает строительство Горно-обогатительного комбината, осуществляющего переработку песка близлежащего месторождения природных кварцевых песков, их обогащение и ежегодный выпуск 567 тыс. тонн кварцевых концентратов высокого качества для стекольной промышленности, 152,6 тыс. тонн фракционированного песка и 33 тыс. тонн строительного песка, с целью обеспечения сырьем заводов и других потребителей стекольного и строительного песка в Ростовской, Кировоградской областях и других смежных областях.
Компанией был приобретен производственный имущественный комплекс на границе Липецкой и Рязанской областей, который находится в географическом центре, равноудаленном от основных потребителей, технически и инфраструктурно удачно подходящий для производства кварцевых концентратов.
