В статье рассматривается проблема использования учителем мультикультурной школы интегративных образовательных технологий. С их помощью возможно одновременно развивать интеллект учеников и расширять их представления о своей и других культурах. Авторы дают определение понятию «интегративная технология», описывают контекст в котором развивающий потенциал интегративных технологий может быть использован в мультикультурной образовательной среде России и Европейского Союза. Основная часть статьи посвящена описанию авторской интегративной технологии «Я.Л.И.К.». Обозначены цели и этапы этой технологии: диагностическая, проектировочная, организационно-творческая. Статья проиллюстрирована примерами.

This article deals with the problem of teacher multicultural School of integrative educational technologies. With their help it is possible to simultaneously develop the intellect students and broaden their views about their own and other cultures. The authors give a definition of the concept of "integrative technology" describe the context in which the developmental potential of integrative technologies can be used in a multicultural educational environment of Russia and the European Union. The bulk of the article is devoted to the description of the author's integrative technology "Â.L.I.K.". Identified objectives and stages of this technology: diagnostic, engineering design, organizational and creative. The article is illustrated with examples.
