За неделю до своего эксперимента я

За неделю до своего эксперимента я наблюдал 5 дней тренировку в зале всех участников. Ребята которые никогда раньше не тренировались я попросила их 5 дней заниматься в зале. В течении их тренировок я наблюдала за ними и после каждого подхода я измеряли им пульс и записывала результаты.

A week before his experiment I watched 5 days out in the Hall for all participants. Guys who have never trained I asked them 5 days work in the Hall. Throughout their training, I watched them and after each treatment I have measured their heart rate and recorded the results.

A week before my experiment, I watched 5 days training in the hall all participants. The guys who had never practiced, I asked them 5 days to engage in the hall. During their training, I watched them and after each pulse I measured them and record the results.

Results (English) 3:

In the week prior to the experiment i observed 5 days training in conference room all participants. The kids that have never before gig I asked them 5 days to deal with in the hall.In continuously for their workouts i observed for them and after each approach, i measured them to pulse, and recorded the results.
