20. Переводчику обеспечиваются условия существования, позволяющие ему полноценно и с достоинством выполнять возложенное на него общественное дело.
21. Переводчик получает долю выгоды от успеха своего произведения, в частности имеет право на вознаграждение, пропорциональное коммерческой прибыли, какую приносит переведенное им произведение.
