Часто мы слышим о том, что происходит духовный кризис общества. Эту проблему должно решать все общество, в том числе и учителя, повышая уровень воспитанности и культуры молодого поколения.

Как и в любой профессии в профессии учителя есть свои трудности: большая ответственность, серьезные эмоциональные нагрузки и сравнительно низкая заработная плата. С последней связана, возможно, одна из основных причин отказа от этой профессии. Но сейчас эта проблема активно решается нашим правительством, и профессия учителя всячески поддерживается, возвышается и становится востребованной.

Через 10 лет я вижу себя молодым учителем, набирающимся опыта, неважно в какой школе городской или сельской, ведь главное это увидеть и раскрыть потенциал ребенка, а в какой школе это уже формальности. Я думаю, что я смогу найти подход к каждому ребенку, что повысит интерес к учебе и их работоспособность.
