Germany imported caviar is subjected to special technological procedures: defrosting to zero degrees, preserving by using additives-sorbic acid soft, canned or vacuum packing in glass jars. Then the caviar is placed in a cool place and ready to be shipped. When this storage temperature always remains constant, which is reached by a long shelf life (6 months) without recourse to active preservatives.
