как вы видите на данном слайде мы имеем большую задачу для включения 4 продуктов в формуляр и 8 продуктов в СКФ
Более того, мы планируем включить Бенефикс, и рассматриваем возможность для включения Ксалкори и Инлайта в орфанный список (где находятся Сутент и IRESSA (gefitinib))
Процесс включения 8 продуктов идет параллельно с такими же сроками исполнения
Этот слайд показывает детальный план по включению в шесть списков для Ксалкори и Инлайта, срок исполнения которого до третьего квартала этого года
Здесь указаны требуемые документы для предоставления, даты и статус
Я хочу акцентировать на трудностях, с которыми мы сталкиваемся или столкнемся в будущем, которые не зависят от нас
1) Большая территория Казахстана, 16 регионов, прежде чем подписать письма-обоснования, нужно несколько раз встретиться со специалистами, после подписания писем главными внештатными специалистами, следующим этапом является подписание писем от региональных департаментов здравоохранения для внесения в Министерство здравоохранения
2) Заседания Формулярной комиссии не регулярные, нет утвержденного регламента.
Заседания могут проходить один раз в квартал или два раза в месяц
На данном слайды показана текущая ситуация
Вы видете, для СКФ мы подписали 5 писем и одно досье для СКФ, теперь нужно подписать три письма для СКФ, срок - 3 Апреля
