Виза временно проживающего лица выд

Виза временно проживающего лица выдается сроком на 4 месяца иностранному гражданину, которому разрешен въезд в Российскую Федерацию для временного проживания, на основании решения территориального органа ФМС России. Такая виза может быть только однократной.

Для получения визы временно проживающего лица в консульство должны быть представлены следующие документы:

- паспорт;

- заполненная визовая анкета с одной фотографией установленного размера;

- сертификат об отсутствии ВИЧ-инфекции

- решение территориального органа ФМС России о выдаче иностранному гражданину разрешения на временное проживание в Российской Федерации.
