РАБОТАЯ В ОДНОЙ ИЗ КОМПАНИИ, БОЛЕЕ 5 ЛЕТ, Я увидела С СИТУАЦИЕЙ, КОГДА МОЙ КОЛЛЕГИ БЫЛИ НЕ ПРОТИВ МОЕГО РАЗВИТИЯ, НО ПРОТИВ МОЕГО ДОЛЖНОСТНОГО РОСТА. ПРОСИЛИ МЕНЯ НЕ ОТНИМАТЬ У НИХ РАБОТУ И ПЕРЕСТАЛИ РАЗГОВАРИВАТЬ СО МНОЙ. МОИМ ЕДИНСТВЕННЫМ РЕШЕНИЕМ БЫЛО, НЕ ПОРТИТЬ ДРУЖЕСКИЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ С КОЛЛЕКТИВОМ, А НАБИРАТЬ ОПЫТ ИНТЕРЕСНОЙ МНЕ РАБОТЫ В ДРУГИХ КОМПАНИЯХ.

Working in ONE of the company's MORE THAN 5 YEARS, I saw a situation where MY COLLEAGUES were NOT OPPOSED to MY DEVELOPMENT, BUT AGAINST MY OFFICIAL growth. ASKED ME NOT TO TAKE THEM TO WORK AND STOPPED TALKING TO ME. MY ONLY SOLUTION WAS TO NOT SPOIL FRIENDLY RELATIONS WITH THE TEAM AND GAIN EXPERIENCE EXCITING ME WORK IN OTHER COMPANIES.

Work in one of the companies, more than 5 years, I have seen a situation where MY COLLEAGUES WERE NOT against my development, but against my career growth. They asked me not to deprive them of their work and stopped talking to me. My only solution was to, not to spoil the friendly relations with the collective, and to gain experience is interesting to me employment with another company.
