В современном мире существует огромное множество профессий. Выбирая одну из них, мы делаем выбор влияющий на нашу жизнь, поэтому к выбору профессии нужно подходить ответственно. Делая правильный выбор, мы делаем огромной вклад в наше будущее.
Я остановил свой выбор на - управлении персоналом. Я считаю этот выбор осознанным и правильным. В настоящее время эта профессия считается востребованной, специалисты в этой области нужны любой организации.
В арсенале способностей и умений человека, который соответствует должности менеджера по персоналу, должны быть следующие характеристики: высшее образование по управлению персоналом, знание трудового законодательства, организаторские способности и можно продолжать огромным списком качеств. Всего их не менее 40. Не обладая этими качествами не возможна эффективная работа менеджера по персоналу.
Мои близкие поддерживают мой выбор. Они считают, что я делаю правильные шаги к достижению своих жизненных целей. Для меня очень важна поддержка моих родителей.
Эта профессия мне очень близка и я хочу связать с ней свою жизнь. Для этого я поступил в юго-западный государственный университет. Здесь можно получить нужные знания и умения для того, чтобы удачно устроиться на работу по профессии.

In the arsenal of abilities and skills the person who corresponds to the staff Manager, shall have the following characteristics: higher education in personnel management, labor legislation knowledge, organizational skills and you can keep a huge list of qualities. A total of at least 40. Without these qualities is not possible the effective work of the Manager on the personnel. My family supported my choice. They believe that I'm doing the right steps to achieve their life goals. Is very important to me to support my parents. This profession is very close to me and I want to associate with their lives. For this I went to Southwest State University. Here you can obtain the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully apply for a job in the profession.
