Сторона не признается ответственной за неисполнение какого-либо из своих обязательств, если она докажет:- что такое неисполнение явилось результатом препятствия, находящегося вне ее контроля;- что от нее нельзя было разумно ожидать в момент заключения Контракта принятия во внимание данного препятствия или его последствий для исполнения Контракта;- что она не могла разумно избежать или преодолеть такое препятствие или, по крайней мере, его последствия.

Results (English) 1:

Party does not accept liability for failure to perform any of its obligations if it proves:
- that such failure is the result of obstacles outside its control;
- that from it could not reasonably be expected at the conclusion of the Contract taking account of the obstacles or consequences for the performance of the Contract;
- that it could not reasonably have avoided or overcome such an obstacle or at least its effects.

The party is not held responsible for the failure to comply with any of its obligations if it proves:
That such failure was the result of an obstacle outside its control;
That it could not reasonably be expected at the time of the contract's conclusion to take into account this impediment or its implications for the performance of the Contract;
- that it could not reasonably avoid or overcome such an obstacle, or at least its consequences.

Results (English) 3:

A party shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation if it proves that:
-Failure to perform obligations is the result of obstacles beyond its control;
-When entering into a contract, it cannot reasonably be expected that it will take into account this obstacle or its impact on the performance of the contract;
-It cannot reasonably avoid or overcome such obstacles or at least their consequences.
