в тех случаях когда кастомер не хочет отсылать ничего наружу нам достаточно в конфигурационном файле для него выключить эту возможность. Честно говоря логирование обычно по-умолчанию выключено в релизе совсем и включается лишь в случае проблем по требованию. Оно больше нужно нам на этапе разработки чтобы видеть где у нас падает приложение. Не плохо было бы если бы тестеры прикладывали логи к сложным багам
