29. Следя за качеством всех переводов в их стране, они поддерживают связь с культурными организациями, писательскими объединениями, национальными отделениями ПЭН-клуба, литературными критиками, научными обществами, университетами, техническими и научными исследовательскими институтами.
30. Они выступают в качестве арбитров и экспертов во всевозможных спорах, возникающих между переводчиками и теми, кто использует переводы.
