Лондонский зоопарк — один из крупнейших зоопарков в мире. Он располагается в районе Вэст-Энд, в северной части Риджент-парка. Административно подчиняется работающему с 1826 году Зоологическому обществу Лондона. Зоопарк был основан в апреле 1828 году, и стал первым зоопарком, созданным исключительно для научной работы.
